Our offerings include SVF Cinemas (a multiplex cinema), King's Crown rooftop restaurant, Crystal Hall banquet facilities, Club Welcome, Olympia Fitness Studio, and the mall's shopping and food court areas. Bookings for the banquet hall, restaurant, club, cinema, and fitness memberships are subject to availability and are confirmed only once accepted by us in writing or on WhatsApp. Applicable prices, deposits, payment schedules, and any cancellation or refund terms are communicated to you at the time of booking and form part of these Terms for that booking.
Any personal data you submit through our website contact form or share with us by phone or email is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of this website or our services.
